VidsGenius is a video analytics platform that provides insights and analysis of YouTube channel and video performance using publicly available data accessed through YouTube's API Services.

YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube Data Usage

  • We access only publicly available YouTube data
  • No personal YouTube account access required
  • You provide channel URLs/IDs for analysis
  • All analyzed data is already publicly visible on YouTube
  • We comply with YouTube's API Terms of Service

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the service, will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for all users. Please review our refund policy below:

  • No refund for credits already used: Credits that have been used for completed analyses are not eligible for a refund, regardless of your satisfaction with the results.
  • Automatic refund for failed analyses: If an analysis fails to complete due to a technical issue on our end, the credits used for that analysis will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with analysis results, as all analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and results are subjective. If you believe a technical error has occurred, please contact support for review.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from dissatisfaction with the results of the service, errors or omissions in the analyses, or any actions taken in reliance on the information provided by the service.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service, its owner (Steffen Foerster), employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • You can request account deletion

By Us

  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
  • We may suspend service for non-payment
